(AVIC-Z1 with software upgrades to Z3). Problem solved. Evidently, through the combination of moving the unit from my 1998 Crown Vic to my 2006 Crown Vic, there was inappropriate or inaccurate navigation information written / stored on the hard drive in the user navigation settings area. The issue was resolved by following the operators manual instructions (yes - reading the book is a good thing). AVIC-Z1 (upgraded with CNDV-800HD) is not tracking and the arrow is displaying bckwards to direction traveled. Also the system will not track as vehicle moves. .Was moved from 1998 Crown Vic and installed in a 2006 Crown Vic. System was fully functioning prior to changeover. Tried reset several times to no avail. All other features work okay. Although the system will not track, it does eventually show correct location when stopped for a few minutes.
