**UPDATE** found a backup of my APL2 folder from when i had the post software parking break bypass (system booted and rebooted every 3 mins navi wouldn't work) anyways; - i took an unmolested data.zip and put replaced the modded data.zip in my backup file, - i put the backup file on my sd card and overwrote the APL2 folder on the avic (avic was sitting at the stage just after getting wiped and the 2.0 update done) -SYSTEM BOOTS UP!!!! -parking warning is back (least of my worries) -navi works. well. let me elaborate. -navi doesn't freeze the avic. -navi doesn't e

alright. i've mentioned my issues in the posts they pertain to, but i'd like to do a break down of my misadventure and see if any of the avic gods can help. i'll try to explain in as much detail as possible, so excuse the long windedness i'm running: -avic-f90bt (had the 2.0 update done, but no mods up to this disaster, also parking break wire is grounded @ the wiring harness) -2gb sd card (tried fat16 and 32) -doing all my computer side stuff on a vista premium laptop w/ a universal card reader and using winrar for zipping my adventure so far: -i did the following in WinCE...

oooh man. i got this poor f90bt in rooough shape. tried to do this re update dealy. annnd no dice. tries to restart when i restart from wince and doesn't do anything. *but* i can press the menu button, and i can access my music, but no video or nav. gives me the nav screen warning and that's it ok button doesn't respond.

i suspect my igo folder may be the source of some of my issues, that being the case, is there anywhere to acquire a complete copy of the igo folder i so desperately need? going to try backing up what i have and see if it works. but, assuming that doesn't help, do i have any options short of calling up buddy and stealing his unmolested igo folder from his identical deck (problem is he lives 4 hrs away)

so i'm totally a newb, but i'm handy with computers and well, really just all around handy. but i've followed everything to a t, and i'm stuck with the loading screen constantly. so i can't use the gps, cause i can't click okay on the warning. i can watch movie, but it the unit restarts after about 3 minutes. any help would be appreciated. i'm going to try re installing the 2.0 update and trying again. i did read all through this, so yeeeeah edit** forgot to mention i have an f90bt os i am running is a vista premium laptop, and started with winzip trial, and changed to a winrar
