Hi, I already have the bluetooth module, what else do I need? im guessing the microphone, but i don't know which ones are recommended...i think i want to put it by the visor, but which brand mic should I look for? Hook me up with some links if possible... And last question, does the mic go in the bluetooth module or directly in the D3? thanks

i just saw the circuit city add for 159 bucks...has anyone tried it already? just curious how legit it is...

what i dont get is why they would charge me for the sirius and the bluetooth, they are just plug and play....i guess they would charge me another 50 bucks for the ipod wire? i will go to them with the ipod wire, sirius module and bluetooth already installed on the D3....and then tell them PLEASE INSTALL JUST MY D3, since all the accessories are already attached

i wish my memory was better at times...I remember seeing here a link for circuit city installation for 149 bucks i think (or 199)...it's still better than 350 i was charged here in LA i dont think i wanna spend more than a couple of hundred bucks for the install...i may even do it myself, so i was wondering what's the cheapest price for an installation? thanks

the answer is when you get in the car, you shut the bluetooth off therefore the avic will not be activated

well before i pick the final place for the mic, i will try the visor, the steering weheel and the mirror....and then leave me a voicemail at work to see how clear i can hear myself from these locations...since the steering wheel is the closest to your mouth than the mirror/visor, im guessing that will be the best quality...i'll keep u posted

i have the bluetooth adapter for the Z1 and i have the LG chocolate..im waiting to install everything on the D3, hopefully everything will work out just fine...im curious how the person i'm speaking to will be able to hear me b/c im still debating whether i should put the microphone on the steering wheel or by the visor

damn, i just got me the D3 and im giving my sister my D2 that I have now i told her i will make copies for her of the newest maps so much for that.....

do the D3 discs work on a D2 if not on the D1?

well it takes me just as long when i look at the actual ipod...by the time i get to the artists that start with P, S, T it takes me a loooong time so im guess the D3 is just as long if not a bit longer....

can someone do a writeup for the D3 bypass like the Z1? i havent been on these forums for a couple of days and last time i was here there was no bypass....i guess you vultures figured it out in the meantime ...do we need to by a certain part or it can be bypassed with any addtional purchases? thanks everyone

bluelagoon has it for 800 bucks but their customer service is from 4 pm to 10 PM ...otherwise contact them on AOL or AIM...it seems EXTREMELY SHADY
