step 11 on complete 3.0 install guid has me stumped. maybe i didnt save the files correctly. when i try to copy paste the torrent it no take 20 min its maybe .20sec so iknow its wrong. second night and once again im a few brews in and no 30 install. any ideas

i was trying to install 3.0 and couldnt get it done so i erased all files in flash disc to re-install 2.0 disc i recvd from pioneer. it turnes out that disc didnt have everything i need and i thought it did. how do i get back what i erased from the flash disc. If i figure out how to do the 3.0 install correctly will all the files i need be there from some of these posts? thanks

Does anyone know what color wire is used on a 2004 f250 as the backup light lead. i am trying to get all of my ducks in a row for my install this weekend and this is the only thing i dont know without taking off the taillight. i would like to make the connection in the cab in a kick Panel or under the dash if the wire is there. This is my first avic and i am wondering if i should do any other hacks/mods besides the hardware mod for dummies?

F700BT my first nav system and i am installing this weekend. I have printed and will do the hadrwire park brake mod. Are there any others i should do from the start with this unit? i dont want to take dash apart after i install to rewire something i could have done from the start. Thanks
