  1. sounds good...i know the rca's are plugged in correctly...red and white into the audio input and the yellow in the video input
  2. Reset both the ipod and the h/u and still no volume adjustment...i can hear it, just not to my liking..what the ****!

  4. Im using the CDIU23V or whatever. It has a USB with 3 RCAs. The USB from the interface is connected to the USB connected to the back of the F700 which comes preconnected. The 3 RCAs are as follows: Red and White are connected to the Audio Input, and the Yellow RCA is connected to the video input (comes right from the manual). EVerything plays fine, the iPod works, all controls work, etc. I AM getting sound from the iPod, it does play music. I just am unable to adjust the volume. Its at a constant volume level that I am unable to adjust. Im using the 3rd gen iPod Nano, i think...the one be
  5. hmm, ill go check right now edit: its set to iPod and still cannot adjust the volume...if I turn the volume up on the F700 i just hear the speakers starting to hiss a little...when I turn it down to 0 its fine..
  6. I just installed the ipod interface and now the volume is constant and wont go Up or Down. Its only with the iPod too. On a CD or the radio, I can adjust the volume, but not with the iPod. Any insight? Heres what I did- USB to USB to Red Audio, White Audio, Yellow Video to back of F700BT Anyone know why?

  8. Ive got all my harnesses connected, and had a questions. I have two blue wires that arent connected - antenna from the metra harness, and the remote control antenna from the deck harness. Do these need to be connected? Both are solid blue.
