How do I play video on my D2 with the ipod adapter? I plugged it in and I cant seem to get it working. I put it on TV out and still nothing?

Can the D2 show my song list with the iPod adapter? It just shows the playlists, album title, artist etc....I wanna be able to see which song I am selecting. Thanks in advance!
