Finally did the update. Thanks dragon24 and AVIC411. I had no issues at all another f700bt updated to 3.01. The guide isnt really that bad and it was REAL easy. Everything from the download to the install went smoothly for me. I used the 1 SD method because all of the files fit in a single 2gb card. For those who are having problems just use the one card method and place the testmode in as a folder and the image files in a folder as well and just have the 2 winCE update files in the root of the card. thanks for the reply! Now if you use the dvd as a media just like your sd card and burn avi movies on it, would it work? since its just another media slot? Sorry about the questions, I didnt see it in here yet so I ask. Thanks guys!

I did a search for this but didnt come out with anything. Just wondering because I was considering it. I gotten a f700bt because it was a deal that i couldnt pass up (circuit city colseout) and they didnt have any other model T_T. So I was thinking of using a usb dvd player if its possible... anybody have any experience on this?
