Ah this was my fault. Ha some settings wrong in sys.txt. If your BT firmware fails to update you probably have a problem there.

You are trying to use code that has been abandoned and not updated since 2009. I would try either my mods (diaftia hybrid), abb's, chuck88's or IDT's mods for added features of modding. You will have to restore from backup though and then install our mods. I am pretty sure that leetlauncher tweaks a bunch of files when you install.

I will take a look at the dynamic volume. I used to use that feature but forget to turn it on. I will check to see what is making it turn off. FYI it might be working so toggle it but do not go back into the screen (going back could be turning it off). AutoKarta shows you what the difference is between your original route and your new route if the route was recalculated based on taking a different turn. It will tell you longer/shorter/faster/etc/. You start it by enabling the option in settings. That makes sure its tracking the routes. Then to get to it load it from the quick menu

I lied. Didn't work because it won't let me update the Bluetooth firmware. Says update failed.

Nice! Thanks guys! I just had this problem I think when my son left the light on in my car and the battery went dead. A little searching pays off.

3.4 Changes on 1/25/11 Decreased Navigation voice prompts! This is in the english female TTS voice file. If you use another then this will not apply to you. On highways one prompt at 2 miles and another at ~500 feet. On city streets one at 1/2 mile and another at ~500ft. Less prompts for other situations too. Sys.txt corrections for TMC users. Hopefully the TMC link in the destination menu goes to the correct place. I dont have TMC so its hard to test! No nav ding option added to sys.txt. Checking to see if there is a way to add this to the UI. For now it needs to be set in sy

Man that is weird. We dont have anything like that for US based maps. Makes me wonder of there is a sys.txt setting for that we don't know about. For example, there is a setting for regular signposts where you can lock the color to the system default. signpost_coloring=1 I wonder if there is a setting for this _NEXT_SIGN and not the current one. Let me look to see if there is anything in there. Have you seen this work correctly on other mods? The other thing I might be able to do is replace the default signpost ini file with the blue one since this seems to be the case

In the past it has been thought that in order to get rid of the nav ding you had to replace the audio file with a silent one. I have found a much easier way to do this in sys.txt. Add this to sys.txt and change it to your liking: [sound] ding=0 ;0=off 1=single ding, 2=two dings

The speedo background is made up of two images now. If you have Photoshop or another photo editing program just turn those images green. Either that or you are going to have to make your images the exact same size as those two. I think the reason you are showing white is because the top/bottom image is transparent in the center. You need to make sure yours is too. Make sure you keep the alpha layer in the center.

It really sounds like the incorrect entry in sys.txt (for both you and ovalball). Take the file onto your computer. Its in /My flash disk\apl2\igo. Open it with notepad and edit the following line: default_language="english UK" ;(EU) F500, F700, F900, F90 to be: default_language="english GB" ;(EU) F500, F700, F900, F90 Then copy it back. Either that or you can wait for me to release an update with the correction in it.

I am working on this. Its in the commands.csv file within the tts file. The problem is its all csv and the file format is picky (as in cant open and save in excel). There are also dependencies on lines as in one line is simplified by calling another. If the original line is no there the unit will not load. Goodtimes. I have a file to test on my way home today. We'll see how it goes.
