just figuring i would ask the board full of experts on the topic of avics........had the f90bt installed for about 2 mos works flawlessly and i really do enjoy it, but times are tough and can see myself parting with it to get some extra cash. whats a good asking price for a mint f90bt also comes with a 3 year square trade warranty? any opinions are valued in here thanks ryan

crap, maybe i should check my battery before i send my 90bt in for service.....ive had the same problem but nothing i do gets the 90bt to boot up itll just shut down.....guess ill have the battery tested and maybe throw the unit back in the car.........damn you avic411 damn you......

master reset......ill be doing some research on that on here stang, one question on the master reset....anyway this could harm the unit and void warranty?........beginning research now......

when i get back from daytona ill be lookin into power and grounds.....i have my warranty through square trade so ill be sending it back to them if i cant get it figured out. i really hope its a loose ground or something.....im sick of listening to my ipod when i drive its kinda sad

no software mods at all, all i have loaded was custom splash screens. idk. one day it was dim like it was in night mode. all was working then it just shut down. it still sounds like the unit is powered up but nothing is on, no screen no menu lights.......would a bad ground be a problem? im at my wits end maybe the ground came loose or something

hey guys/gals...after searching around here for a while i have noticed that there has been a few problems like mine...itll go to load screen then just blank screen...ive tried the reset button along with other buttom combos and still nothing. sometimes itll get stuck on loading with flashing menu/map buttons and still nothing. pioneer customer service rep said that the wire bypass has lead to this problem in the past.....anyone know if this is true? i can tear the dash apart and switch it back but i wanna see if there is anything else i can do since its -10 outside.

its a 2005 btw not sure if it makes a difference.....and im going to sound like a total NEWB but whats the best way to test to make sure? thanks madsonp

Its a Saturn Vue Redline edition. 18" wheels 3.5 v6 AWD with body appearance package.....so basically its a "blinged up" Saturn Vue i am pretty sure its the correct harness talked with the people from sonicelectronix concerning my 6 speaker system and factory amp/sub but the only harness they had was for a 4 speaker so ill just junk the factory sub/amp and put my old sub and amp in.

thanks guys.....im unsure at this point if tryin to trace the wheel speed sensor up to the ecu is worth it, i guess ill see how it goes without and go from there........i appreciate the reassuring words settles my nerves down.........

my 90bt should arrive friday and im sure the install will start the moment UPS drops it off even if its 15* out.....while searching around on 411.com and other sites i dont know why im kinda nervous about the install......ive done plenty of single din installs in my life, never a double din w/nav/dvd/bluetooth so i guess that scares me......its going in a 05 redline vue and i believe it should be straight forward..anyone else worried before install and after finished realize it wasnt that bad?

well my f90bt and harness and dash kit should be here friday and im pretty pumped to get the install started......while i was at the dealership today for an oil change i asked them where the vss could be found......they located the wheel speed sensor and said that is it......is this correct? should i trace the wheel speed sensor back to the eco and splice into that or just leave it alone.....wife says leave it alone and just be happy with GPS adjusting speed(or whatever the vss splice is needed for) anyone have any thoughts on this?
