I hooked up my vss and no pulse what so ever , I actually paid an authorized shop to do it to .It's currently at the repair center and will probably co$t me an arm and a leg to fix, oh well. I'm thinking about buying a RevoSys X300 Double DIN CarPC , anyone know if they are any good?

Call pioneer and they will tell you the closest licensed repair shop: 877-283-5901, that's worked for me but I'm in Canada and don't know if it's the same number in the states,by the way they are slowwwwwwwww to fix these dinosaur units without usb and divx capability. Good luck with it though.

When I download music videos they are usually avi format and have to be changed to dvd because the avic is actually a dinasaur of a machine without divx .personally I like super dvd creator 9.8.5 and there is actually a nice copy floating around on (P#%*&=BAY) with the keygen included, cheers and good luck getting the speed pulse to work ......

Well I figured it out on my own , to access video setting for DVD all you do is touch the screen while watching a DVD and hit next , then you can access the audio and video settings , I am really stupid I guess, now the only thing is that I got no speed pulse and have it all hooked up properly, oh well I will probably send it in for refurb because drivers view has no arrow and no lanes in the road so it's messed a little ,paid 1.000$ CAD on ebay for it so It's going to end up co$ting me the same as a brand new unit.........

Anyone please........ can you tell me step by step how to change the screen size on this thing , It's driving me nuts , I can't see the text sometimes during movies.......... THANX IN ADVANCE!!!!!!!

I AM HAVING DIFFICULTY CHANGING THE SCREEN SIZE, AND DVD-V SETTING ALSO, IT KEEPS SAYING SOURCE MUST BE SELECTED AND THESE 2 SQUARES ARE GREYED OUT ALWAYS. WHEN I SELECT THE SOURCE (DVD) THEN HIT THE AV BUTTON TO GET TO THE VIDEO SETTINGS IT SWITCHES TO LIBRARY AND IT WON'T LET ME CHANGE THE SCREEN SIZE FOR WATCHING MOVIES. HOW DO I GET PAST THIS ?ANY INFO WOULD BE GREAT. ALSO I HOOKED UP MY SPEED CONTROL WIRE AND GET NO PULSE AT ALL ......HOW MUCH DO THEY CHARGE TO REFURB THESE THINGS WITH ONLY THESE MINOR PROBLEMS , THANX IN ADVANCE!!!!!

What do you need to do to play online in the car ? Who offers mobile internet? and would i need a router in the car ? Any info would be great!

In the settings the demo mode button is always greyed out and it says off in grey.... Does this mean it's off ??? Is it normal that the square button is always grey and can't toggle on/off ??? It was like this also before I upgraded the HDD , is the unit damaged ? Thanx in advance!

Nice to know.... I thought I bought a defective unit, I had it installed at FUTURESHOP Vaudreuil Quebec Canada. The installer had a CD-IB100II in stock but spent an hour trying the CD-I200 plug, only to tell me the systems ipod bus was damaged . I'll try the CD-IB100II now and hope I get an interface after the installer plugged it in and out about 25 times thinking that the unit was damaged..... THANX CAMELTOE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Do I need to use a Pioneer CD-IB100II???I tried using just the Pioneer CD-I200 to iphone with no go , is this normal?Do I need both the black box( CD-IB100II) and CD-I200 to detect???Also when watching dvd's I can't use the IN-DVD screen features to select scenes , etc... I have to use the pioneer controls on the right side of the screen to move the IN-DVD screen selections .Why can't I use the actual touch screen to select scenes , etc... is this normal??? Any help would be great, THANX IN ADVANCE!!!!!!
