Hello, Wilkinda1965: did you set up access password in your iTouch? It what is happened to me! iTouch (v 2.2) connected to my AVIC D3, iTouch started but goes to main menu and error 11 came on Pioneer's iPod screen. Then, I realized password was set. I removed it. Then it works fine since. Hope it helps. Tux
