I have a z2 and would like to upgrade to z3. Where to I get the firmware to upgrade and how do I unlock the hard drive to do all this?

i had my Z2 for about 4 months now. i had my iphone in the aux input. suddenly today it wont recognize it. what can i do?

i have a z2 i want to be able to access my hard drive and to ugrade it to z3 and add songs directly from my computer. i am reading these chats and everything is kind of all over the place. can someone show me step by step from plugging it into my pc to putting it back into my system and can i do the bypass because i get the error message and cannot watch dvd while i drive.
