  1. I was finally able to get through to support. They claim that this is happening to a few people, and that if they send me a pre-loaded card from them it will work. In fact, they don't even have any in stock, because they've sent out so many. It's free and supposedly it will be a couple weeks before they get more in. At this point I'll wait and see, it works fine so I can deal for now.
  2. That makes sense, guess it's a US model then, lol. Ya, I used it to make sure everything was working. All the functions work fine, even the bluetooth, vids and music.
  3. I guess I may have to return it. Otherwise it works perfectly, I haven't had any issues at all, it just won't load the new firmware. Is it possible that I have a non-US model? How would I know? -Thanks
  4. Ya, I tried it a few times and keep getting the same error.
  5. I literally got one of these the day the new 2.0 firmware came out. I tried to update as instructed on the Pioneer website and I keep getting a 'File Checking Error LoqTTS6.dll." I've tried formatting the card and transferring the info on different computers, but no luck. -Thanks
  6. So there's no way I can hard wire the power to this unit? I'm stuck using the lighter port for power? -Thanks
  7. Sorry if this has been brought up before. I've tried searching on this site and others, but there isn't much specific info. I recently purchased one of these units, and would like to install it in my 2003 Subaru WRX, however, I want to keep my stock head unit intact. Is there any way to do this? If so, what do I need to install this so I can use it over my factory speakers in conjunction with my OEM head unit? Any other tips on how to do this correctly? -Thank you
