Anyone? Why can't I find any help anywhere on the internet for this new headunit? I figured tons of people would be customizing it by now

Does anyone know how to customize the AVH-P3400BH? I cannot find one thing on the internet for customizing this unit. I want to: -Add a custom background -See album artwork when playing MP3s from my USB thumb drive (I know I can when a iPod or iPhone is connected, but I want to be able to using a USB drive) -Play video from USB drive (I've tried converting to all types of files and can't get it to even play)

I bought a AVIC-D1 for 375 shipped in good condition. Right now I have the P6900UB installed in my car. Currently the iPod is simply connected with a accessory cord and I'm thinking I might have to buy some $100 accessory to use my iPod Nano with the AVIC-D1? I really just wanted a nice navigation unit along with something that played my iPod music. (I usually just have my iPod set to play random tracks) I don't really care about satellite radio either. I doubt I'd ever play any videos on it unless I want to just show someone. I don't want to buy a portable navigation unit
