Ding Ding Ding i think i found it. The Rear monitor will only show stuff on it when a DVD is being played and not just the GPS Screen. Can anyone verify this. I dont have the car here with me the wife is not home yet.. She has it..

Ok i have searched and searched and read and read. I am installing a rear Audio Video Monitor and just running one video cable to the rear monitor but the question i have is i hooked to Rear Monitor out on the Avic and nothing shows up. I know in the past you had to switch the Rear monitor on is this the case in the F series i cant find it anywhere.. Someone help please. Either my output on the avic doesnt work or the Rear Monitor is messed up.. I am gonna do some testing with external monitors and DVD players but till now could someone give me some insight.. Thank you..

memphis car audio makes a good one and alway Audiocontrol ones are really good but kinda hard to find and kinda spendy but well worth it..

just hook it to a switched 12v where your key is on.

No we are not mean just use the search forum and find stuff for yourself. Once you stay on here long enough and hold your own i think people get respected more what do you think idt.

what kind of discs are you using -r or +r and what brand. I use Verbatim and i they are all -r and have hundreds of them and they all play..

just burn them to a dvd format..

where is your sys.txt file its not on your ftp site..

So I have nextel and i was in my car and someone 2 wayed me and it came through the bluetooth its to bad there is not a button on the bluetooth somewhere to beep them back but that would be to easy and way over pioneer's head but whatever i just thought i would share for anyone who had Nextel.

is there a way to make it not say. "Warning picture many be reversed" when the back up camera shows up if anyone can help me that would be awesome... thanks kevin

if you use that software that someone put on here i forgot the link but instead of having nothing for the number when you reload your phonebook into your avic make it 1 or 3 does this make sense.. I will find the link..
