Thanks for your replies, guys! What I find strange is that 5% of the time it stays in Radio (or AV) mode on outgoing calls. It also stays in AV mode with incoming calls, but not always. That makes me think that it is not supposed to be like this. As said before, I can not remember that my first unit switching to map mode at all.... I can't think of one good reason why the unit should switch to map screen because you start an outgoing call... Hi! I was hoping you guys could help me out a bit. This is my 2nd F900BT. 1st one had many problems and was eventually replaced by the dealer with the current unit. This one seems a bit better. At least it is not freezing at start-up's 3 times a day... Still not working properly in tunnels etc. and does not seem to make much use of the speed pulse signal... Hi and thanks for your reply!' Question: Do you on your unit see variable speed in your route info box when GPS is not received?? I thought the point of having the VSS input was so the unit can keep track in tunnels etc. when no GPS signal is present...?? We have serverlal long tunnels that have junktions and multiple exits in Oslo. Hi Had my new F900BT installed by a dealer today and suspect the unit is not receiving speed pulse signal from the car. Hope some of you can help me to determine for sure before I go back to the dealer.. -When entering a tunnel, the speed reading freezes at the speed I had entering the tunnel and remains frozen for about 30 sec. until the NAVI says "GPS signal lost". Hi. I have agreed to purchase a F900BT and having it installed in my car tomorow. Looking at the box reserved for me in the shop yesterday, I noticed a label that said "August 2008". I know there are software upgrades that makes the start-up quicker etc, but question is if there are any hardware diferences/ upgrades made on later production units?? Screen, processor or other hardware...??? If there are, I'm not willing to pay full price for it, or demand a later production unit. Shop says there is only software diferences that they will upgrade, but I want to get that confirmed b
