Hi, I have installed a z2 and GEX-P10XMT about two months ago. I want to activate my XM subscription but I can't get the receiver id because i can't even get to the intro ch 000. I try to access the receiver via the AV menu but the XM button is gray. I checked the XM signal and it is very strong but the status always says updating. Can someone help me please.
