set the av2 to video.. it will work then.. cuz thats what i had to do.

ok.. wasnt the unit.. still does the same thing. so i am upgrading to 2.2.1 tonight. i hope that solves it.

just talked to pioneer.. they seem to think its the unit. i have a new one coming today. I hope this fixes my problem.

reset the unit and goto msndirect.com and reactivate... thats how i got mine working.

just checked.. the unit has the 2.0 update and the bluetooth update... still same problem.

it says 2.0 on the box.. i havent verified on the unit tho.. what should it say on the unit?

calling out is not an issue.. it works pefect, its the incoming calls that dont work.

i guess im not seeing what 2.2 is gonna solve. the phone works fine on all other devices. i see nothing on pioneers website saying that the iphone needs to have 2.2 to work right. I guess i am the only one with an issue like this with an iphone?

althought it shouldnt matter cuz my phone works just fine with other bt devices... its a 2.1 unlocked for tmobile.

yes it works in vr. if i place the call it works perfect. The issue is incoming calls. the unit will not answer incoming calls right.

i tried that...i have tried auto answer and still nothing.

I can call out on this unit perfect. But if someone calls in the screen will show the name and number like its supposed to,but i cant hear the person and they cant hear me. if i pick up my phone i can talk to them thru it then without notice it will switch to the f900bt. I have tried many different things and i am stumped. This is my only issue with this radio. Anybody have an idea to the fix? sure enough. upgraded to 2.2.1 and it works.. thanks for all the input guys!!
