  1. i switch them because i plug my iphone into the headunit semi frequently to listen to audio books. I do not put music on there much at all. The zune however is what i listen to music on the majority of the time.
  2. So as the subject states, i have a Avic F90bt head unit. Currently it has my iPod connected via AV1 / USB (with the supplied cable) and everything works great. However i want to add my Zune to this now. My question is, without using the front AV2 connection via Mini Jack. Is there any way to accomplish my goal? I have looked at and ordered the Soundgate CORE system http://www.zune.net/en-US/products/s/soundgatezncblpakcablepack/details.page/ but obviously it appears my only option is to use the mini jack in the front to get it connected. I have noticed this http://www.pioneerelectroni

  5. I have a question. I have the F90 and am wondering how do i update the maps? i would be willing to paypal someone a few bucks if they would be so kind as to help. A while back i got amazing assistance "bypassing" the F90 and i love it. HOwever i have noticed more and more that my POI's are out dated and i run into places that dont exist and the maps a bit old as well. Thanks in advance!

so just to verify... when i move the mute wire all i have to do is tap into the Mute wire (in its new location) and the parking brake wire.. and connect them to the ground wire?

so now for my other newb question. When i relocate the mute wire. Would my next step be to tap into the ground wire and hook both the mute wire and the parking brake wire to it?

Don't flame .. I DID SEARCH. Now for my question. I just ordered a F90BT (gets delivered tomorrow) and i want to know what is the suggested method for "bypass". I have seen the hardware bypass and the software bypass and both are pretty straight forward. My issue is that i have read in numerous different threads that the software bypass still requires some hardware modding. Is this true? or can i have them install my head unit without ANY modifications to the harness etc... and then just modify the parking brake speed in the .ini files as per the software mod suggests? Please let me k
