thanks for your insightful response. i didnt find anything about the motorola krzr phone book transfer. The dvd burning thread i found was about a guy who did have a dvd burner and wanted to make vcds and didnt find anything about the recorder not working when it worked before.

how do you record songs? how does it work? i cant figure it out. Yesterday i was able to hit the record button and it recorded part of a song, but today its grayed out...any ideas why?

is there a way to transfer your phonebook via bluetooth?

so i tried what DUcati said to do in another thread to burn dvds and i still can not get it to work. I even used the program he said to ue TMPEnc3XP and it wont work for me. Any ideas why anyone?
