If you ground the parking brake sensor without doing one of the bypasses, you wil get a warning that the parking brake sensor is not connected correctly. I added the software bypass to Mavericksters mods & love it. Paul

I just did this on Sat. There are 4 connections for the I-Pod adapter: USB, Video-in (yellow), Audio-in (1 red, 1 White). You must then go to the AV Settings & change the AV-1 input to I-pod. Mine works perfect. Paul

Thanks to Maverickster!!!! I just installed my new F700BT. While I was waiting for it to arrive I found this great forum. After using the unit 1 day, I knew I wanted Maverickster's hacks. I applied the Parking Brake Speed hack to Maverickster's Data.zip file & now my Nav Unit is much easier to use & I love disabling the annoying voice prompts when I don't need them.
