everything works except the touchscreen. its like it went out without even being used.

does anybody know if you can replace this screen if so do you have the part number???

I have an avic d3 and i bought it dec 07 and went to install it in nov 08 and the touchscreen wasnt working never had a chance to get moisture in it or anyrhing like that dont know why it aint working please advise
