I have the original remote and it works fine except for the presets. After a week of not driving ,It started to work again and I am able to recall the presets.

How do you go about re programming remote if this is even possible? Thank You el

Having a problem using the remote to access my pre sets.Their is no problem using touch screen.Besides putting new batteries in not sure what else to do. Remote works all other fuctions. Thanks for any help ell
