Found the problem, the slide out was getting caught on the lower section of the faceplace.

Alright new to the the form and have a stupid question. I am wanting to put a new backgroup on my head unit, so I am trying to eject the GPS-DVD. Here where my problem is. When i hold down (2 sec. or longer) the open/close button, it doesn't open up all of the way. I have looked to see if anything is blocking the track, but nothing is in the way. Any Ideas? Help me out, what am I doing wrong?
