so i had to unplug the avic to put in the metra dash kit and i did this in my garage where i have no gps signal, and my installer couldnt hook up the VSS in my car so now my navi is thrown off. when i am in my "HOME" position it shows my location a few miles off in the woods, even though i am home. anyone know how to reset my GPS location? i tried to manually chance my location in the settings menu, but it continues to return to me being in the woods when i am home, any help is appreciated! thanks!

Dude I will make a couple for you, no need to pay. You just have to be patient though, I am busy but I can spare a few minutes this weekend. Let me know exactly what you would like to see, color of the car, year and make, etc, or if you just want a simple design. I will try my best to make it look nice, or you can request one that looks similar to one I have done before. Just check in the custom background gallery this weekend. As far as the DVD I have no clue about that but I am sure someone else will help you.

 

p.s. For all others that have asked before and got no help from anyone else, it might be because your request was vague.

E.g. Background for a Honda Civic... Well... two door or 4? Hatchback or Coupe? 1996 Civic or 2006 Civic? I am sure most people here like making a few backgrounds when they have the time but... for me... I usually don’t have much time

does the cdr-5 remote work well with the n3? are there any other alternatives besides the voice unit? i think ebay would be the cheapest place to get the cdr5 correct? thanks fellas...

is something like a 6 dvd changer out there that works well with the avic n3? i cant seem to find one, maybe im just looking in the wrong places...i dont need anything crazy like a 12 disc or anything, just something so i can keep my nav disc in the changer at all times...

im about to have my n3 installed and i was wondering if its possible to change the lighting on the unit.

my dash lights are all red and i would kind of lke it if the avic matched. is this even possible let alone advisable?

ugh i found this trick after i already tried doing the heat gun method and managed to mess up the sticker a little bit

ive got a warranty from a 3rd party company so im wondering if im just better taking it off and removing the void marks, im not sure if they will know better or not...

is there anywhere i can get a replacment sticker, i couldnt find em on ebay..thanks
