so i had to unplug the avic to put in the metra dash kit and i did this in my garage where i have no gps signal, and my installer couldnt hook up the VSS in my car so now my navi is thrown off. when i am in my "HOME" position it shows my location a few miles off in the woods, even though i am home. anyone know how to reset my GPS location? i tried to manually chance my location in the settings menu, but it continues to return to me being in the woods when i am home, any help is appreciated! thanks!

ive got the n3 as well, but what is the root directory? ive already resized my pic to 500x240 but now i am lost...can anyone help? thanks fellas...

tjdehya, thanks a bunch man! id like something simple such as the audi rings with red audi writing, or a picture of a silver TT, or better yet, if you can take the pic in my signature and make it work thatd be awesome too..anything you can come up with is greatly appreciated, heres a sample pic of what im looking for regarding the rings...

does the cdr-5 remote work well with the n3? are there any other alternatives besides the voice unit? i think ebay would be the cheapest place to get the cdr5 correct? thanks fellas...

is something like a 6 dvd changer out there that works well with the avic n3? i cant seem to find one, maybe im just looking in the wrong places...i dont need anything crazy like a 12 disc or anything, just something so i can keep my nav disc in the changer at all times...

im about to have my n3 installed and i was wondering if its possible to change the lighting on the unit. my dash lights are all red and i would kind of lke it if the avic matched. is this even possible let alone advisable? i searched the forum and couldnt find anything on this...

ugh i found this trick after i already tried doing the heat gun method and managed to mess up the sticker a little bit ive got a warranty from a 3rd party company so im wondering if im just better taking it off and removing the void marks, im not sure if they will know better or not... is there anywhere i can get a replacment sticker, i couldnt find em on ebay..thanks
