yeah i figured it was but how can i get it to disappear again.

i have recently installed the avic f700 in my car and it worked fine for about a month, now in nav mode there is a dot not much bigger than a pixel that seems to bounce around near or inside the marker. has anyone ever encountered this problem? is there anything i can do to fix it? should i consider sending it back it is under warranty but not for long.
