Nevermind. I got it to work!

I tried to use cmh928 easy load sd card, nut it seems to get stock on the menu screen and system loading screen?? It has been trying to go throught the start up for 30 minutes??? Anybody have the back up file for the F500? Thanks

I have had my F500Bt for over a month now. Over the month the touch screen has slowly been getting worse. This morning it did not work at all??? When it boots up I cannot even get passed the GPS "OK" button. I reloaded the firmware update again and still no response with the touch screen, nothing on the touch screen works. Is there anything I can do? I bought it from 6th ave electronics and it has been over the 30 day return policy. Any ideas?
