I am waiting for someone to post a mods to give me an option to choose lane assist instead of huge sign boards. Once someone figure out how to go back to original GREEN ARROWS for LANE ASSIST - I will change adapt that. 360 degree compass like Megallen will be a great one too.

Hi, all of U guinesses out there. I updated my F500bt with version 3.0.... I like most of the updates - car heading up etc. I really hate that they have changed lane assist with Highway sings. The signs are really huge takes up too much space when I can convenintly see the sign board on interstate. I think Pioneer architects have no concept of proportions as in first version the arrow was huge which they have finally fixed. I wished they had released trial version of updates for us so that we can tell them some basic knowledge of proportions.... After lengthy introduction ... I am fina

Is it possible to hack Z series and install it onto F series

After hacking into system is it possible to load and use updated maps. I found this website www.zorrogps.com which sales maps for very low price - Is it possible to use it on F500bt has anyone tried. The maps are from 2009 unlike factory loaded 2007 maps.

Is it possible to get 360degree compass in the system AVIC F500bt as an example Megallen has for its system or something better than megallan with 360degrees

I have F500bt. In 2D mode it always show North UP. Pioneer Support says it cannot be changed. How can I hack into system file and make the navigator show me Driving up in 2D mode instead of North Up all the time. Thanks
