Team Helotes

I have had nothing but trouble with mine. I have only been able to get 2 buttons to work on mine after 4 calls and 2 resisters installed. The shop where I bought it could not even get it to work. I will have a few days off next week so I will try again. It is going in a 2006 Galant

Some help please guys.

I get not sound out of left RCA front or back. I checked balance. I pulled the radio and switched right and left and got sound so I know amp and speakers are good. Is there a fuse?
