  1. I'd like to use my first gen iPod touch to play video on my d3 and i would also like it to charge. I have the CD-1200 cable which works for audio only. So what i was thinking, use that cable to charge the iPod and then use the composite cables (the version from the headphone jack, if those work with the touch) to play the video through. I realize you can't control the ipod from the d3 if you do this, but if you are playing videos there is no way to control it anyways, even if a 5th gen iPod video correct? OR I could just use the composite cable that also has a usb on it and get a powe
  2. I originally purchased a standard pioneer cd player for my car. Along with that I purchased am iPod cable which worked great for playing music. I have recently upgraded the CD player to the Pioneer D3, this same cable fits in the back of that but it doesn't play video. Which cable(s) do I need to purchase to get an iPod to play videos? Also I am under the understanding that I need to have an iPod Video gen 5 or 5.5 or get an iPod Classic and downgrade the firmware version to 1.02 or something of that nature.
