Hello! I had the same problem as you, upgraded to 3.0 but couldn't use eu maps that I had on 2.0. BUT. What I found out is that if you simply delete the APL2 folder (from the 3.0) from your unit and copy/paste the APL2 from the 2.0 folder than you will have the new 3.0 program WITH your prevoius maps and pois and everything! Try it, it's working for me (f700bt). And all the other new things are there just the navi is the 2.0 version. And later if they find out how to hack the new one's ezrider we can put it back! Hope I could help.
