  1. well it's $150 for the basic install of a nav system at most places, and then add on the bose bypass{$100} harness and trim{$50-100} and I am installing subs at the same time, so it's additional price for the install of the power cables because you need to drill through the fire wall and run them through the car, mostly why I need a professional instyall since I don't have the tools nessecery. but ya everyone quotes me $100-150 until I tell them what kind of car it is haha, then the additional charges add up:( JD
  2. They come standard with the bose system. Well I have seen in done before in several other cars, I was hoping there would be an adapter but more than likely I think I might have to do a lot of splicing, which I'd rather not do because it will affect the cars retail. I know I need the bose bypass, but I'd really like to install it myself, so I was wondering if anyone had any prior experience or could help walk me through it. Plus I'd rather not buy the harness from a large retailer since theres so much mark up on them, so I was also wondering if anyone knew of a good supplier. I found the module
  3. Hey everyone, had the unit for quite some time but never got around to installing it, always saying I'll do it myself to avoid the nearly $400 install price. But I was wondering if anyone has experience putting one in in this type of vehicle? Also if anyone knows part numbers, or suppliers, for cables to keep my 6disk and my steering wheel controls, or even great prices on harnesses I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance JD
