  1. Ok, I already did a little research and figured out which steering wheel adapter to use (pac-swi). I still need to know which XM receiver is appropriate though.
  2. Hey guys, I have a 2006 Ram Turbo Diesel that I'm going to be installing a F90BT into. I have a D3 in my Subaru, so I'm pretty familiar with these units in general, but the F series is a new evolution of radio, so i'm unsure about a couple of things: 1) Which XM satellite box should I purchase? I have the NAV traffic version on my D3, but is it necessary with the F90BT since traffic info is available through MSN direct? 2) Is there a steering wheel interface that's compatible with both my vehicle, and the F90BT?
  3. I would give A&A Autosound a call. They are located in North Hollywood. Talk to either Eddie or Peter. They installed Avic radios in both of my vehicles, and have been in the installation business for years. Just tell them big Sean sent ya, they'll know who you're talking about. 818-255-3659 13121 sherman way North hollywood
  4. Nice 04 STI. Check out my website if you have the chance: www.wrxmodders.com Sign up and post in the newb introductions section.
  5. I actually sold the DEFIs that you see and switched over to amber 60mm gauges, along with an STI cluster. This is one of the main reasons for me wanting to switch over to the D3, for my ability to match the STI cluster/amber defis. These cars are definitely very addictive, and expensive to mod. Here's my current project I'm working on: Fully built STI long block kelford AVCS 272 cams Perrin GT35R kit Hydra Hydramist Perrin EL headers Koyo radiator Perrin fuel rails Dual walboros SPEC c intake manifold (no tgvs) JDM 12mm oil pump I'm sure i forgot a million other part
  6. Ok, that's easy enough. If they are color-coded it should be a no brainer.
  7. Hey guys, I currently have a D1 installed in my Subaru WRX along with the XM receiver. Does anybody know if the harnesses/connections are the same between a D1 and a D3? I'd like to be able to keep my XM receiver, and add the newer ipod adapter, and the bluetooth adapter. If the harnesses are the same I could simply pull out the D1, and replace it with the D3, eliminating the need for me to rewire the whole thing. BTW, here's a gratuitous shot of my interior.
