you can try use my testmode version. it can work at any map id viewtopic.php?f=34&t=23632&p=164539#p164539 i include in my build - tools for repair broken AVIC, but before need make backap from working AVIC from YOU region. i can help only with f90bt UC version. i try ask in this and 4pda.ru forum for make FULL backup other model for me, but no anybody help me. only one guys help with f900bt RE version. 2gaia contact with me.

if anybody has problem with testmode,and wrong unit id, like The unit ID is now 0x:0000 it can try my testmode build. i think, it can work with any US/EW/RE/AU/0x:0000 version. tags: testmode unlocked diskrw

i also want get uboot.bin(nboot.bin) and eboot.bin from my working avic f90bt 1) but in AVIC only host USB, so, i can't connect avic with my laptop 2) i think SiRFtitan need solutin for enable JTAG, i connect JTAG cable, but software can't find sirf cpu 3) i can't read eboot/nboot via chip programmer, all my hardware don't support samsung NAND chip need buy new, like http://www.soft-center.ru/reader2eng/ , but it cost so high. so, i also looking for help with other way, or solutions.

i want upgrade flash memory insyde avic-f90bt. at this moment i has K9GAG08U0M-PIB0 2Gb, and i want repleace it to K9HCG08U1M-PIB0 8Gb. so, 1) where i can find K9HCG08U1M-PIB0 for "I : Industrial (-40°C ~ 85°C)" ? most flash has K9HCG08U1M-PCB0 chip inside "C : Commercial (0°C ~ 70°C)" 2) anybody has NAND dump from f90bt, or any way for dump it ? 3) anybody has info about JTAG test point ? thanks
