ok...it says something about only being able to copy as many files as there are space for...do i have to delete the current flash drive, then move the one from the SD card back onto the explorer? or do i just do as written, click my flash drive, click paste, then click ok to the warning "limited space" warning? thanks! joe

Hi guys, Tried searching but I can't find. I need to reinstall the stock 2.0 pioneer settings because i'm having some malfunctions with the unit and am going to return it as a defective unit. anyhow, how do i load up the stock 2.0 settings? i did make a backup copy of "My Flash Drive," so if I should use this I have it. also...pretend you're talking to a 12 year old when you try to explain this to me. I actually am very smart, however I seem to never be good at these types of things. THanks! Wood

by no means am i saying the mod "did it" i just wanted to ask you all what you thought about the subject being that i have this mod in. if i want to go back to the original version of 2.0...how do i do so? i have a backup of 2.0 on an SD card, and the actual Pioneer distributed SD card with version 2.0 loaded onto it. do i put mitacap and testmode, along with "my flash drive" onto a freshly formated SD card and it'll load up the stock version automatically? bring it back to dealer or what? ok, so now 3 days in a row. i turn the car on for the first few times in the morning (i'm a sales rep...alot of on and off driving)...then by like 11:30-12 the system starts working normally. It will work at night when i turn the car off then on again (not a loose wire), then in the morning hours the thing does not work. It receives power to it, but nothing else. the menu buttons are white and the hard drive or something inside the unit spins. other than that nothing....that whaalahh 11:30-12pm rolls around and it works without a glitch. whats going on!!!!

i thought that at first too...but i had electric to it the whole time...i know this because i could hear the motor running...

what the heck...now in between the time i wrote up that first post...i turned my car on a few more times and whalahhh...started working...with me resetting it or anything! What the heck is going on?

EDIT: 2 weeks ago I installed cmh's mods...everything worked awesome. This morning, turned on the car...and the f90 didnt boot up...i tried resetting it by holding the reset and the eject for 5 seconds, just the reset...etc...nothing. however...the lights on the menu buttons and such are lit, so i know there is power to it. then, after a few times of starting the car on and off (over the course of the day) it booted up no problem. the next day...in the morning, same thing, doesnt work the first few hrs im in the car, then bam...starts working around 11.30 am. not a loose wire. what

see if you have the fullscreen cockpit option set on on or off, if it set on the on position try turning it off and then see if it does change it man...you guys are good. once again, thank you.

you could just put speedcam_enabled=1 in the debug section of your sys.txt so i tried just copy and pasting speedcam_enabled=1 into the stock sys.txt...and that worked...but now i'm missing like the 3 boxes doing with arrival time, how many miles left, how much time left. i'm going to do what cmh said and just delete the "defaulttilt3D"

i just took the "image.res" file from APL in the backup I made of my flash drive before i did any mods...deleted the image.res in the new file and replaced with the copied version.

thanks! appreciate the help! you dont have to answer this...but what is that other code written for in the sys.txt? anything important (other than zooming specs, the red car in the 2d mode and the smaller arrows?) specifically...the thing that says "enable poi's?"

for the main menu icons, you have to find a stock image.res file, for the sys.txt, you have to find a default sys.txt for you to be able to find this info you have to search the forum so i can't use the stock image.res file from the backup that I created?
