Just for anyone else wondering the same thing, I installed the 2.0 update, grounded my parking brake wire without hooking it to the actual brake wire... works like a charm.

Looks liek you need to do the 2.0 update first. =]

Hey, it looks like NoMSN.UnzipToSDCard.zip isnt on the ftp anymore... I went to noMSN and did the auto install there but its got yellow and black lines on all of the menu backgrounds. everything else seems to work fine... i was figuring i had the wrong file... any help?

Thanks for the speedy reply, glad to know there's a good community for this thing! =] Do i still need to hook up the parking brake wire to my brake... or just ground it?

The harness that came with my f700bt doesn't have the yellow/black mute wire... What's it used for, why don't I have it, and Can I still do the bypass? I'm installing it tomorrow afternoon and noticed that the mute wire wasn't there earlier when wiring up my harnesses... Thanks in advance!
