Ok. 36 reviews and no answer. Here is an update to my situation: Ive tried booting into testmode, nothing.... Ive tried reapplying the update, nothing... the friggin thing incessantly does the same thing. power on, pioneer splash screen, power off (fan is still running, but no illumination what so ever.) If I do a hard reset, it will do the same thing over. I swear to god, every pioneer product I ever get is nothing but a huge headache. Ill never own another after this. If anyone has any ideas that do not involve sending the POS back, let me know. Otherwise I guess I will

Ok...this new install is driving me mad. I have a hummer h3 that I am trying to put this thing in. I have no wiring harness, just tapping into the wires manually. My problem is this...I start the truck, the head unit shows a splash screen with a few strange lines on the lcd, then after a few seconds the whole unit shuts off entirely. WTF? This is really starting to make me mad! Please help! Thanks.
