I have done the pioneer download to SD card and followed the ins to the letter and will not transfer files to my unit, reformatted and did again no luck. I need a local guru to help me out not very savy with this unit. Thanks

I got this unit a few months ago and it is not 2.0 update, I need someone to help me get this unit working properly. it locks up, some intermitten static, think it is BT from phone, slow startup and no vid while driving. had installer do bypass and got screwed on that deal. he did the cap bypass like the D3. please help desperate or im going to Kill this unit.
