You can also get the FON routers that support USB for 39 bucks and they support EVDO cards. also PAM networking on bluetooth should work on these units i just broke my avic tonight the Usb for the ipod seemed to come loose inside the unit i pulled it out to fix or return. Id love for ppl to Opensource develope on this unit since it is a pda pc
  3. **** FOUND IT: PAGE 67 FIGURE 4 in pioneer avic-f700bt_xs_uc_ew5 f7010bt_xs_uc service manual (crt4157) I pulled alittle to hard when pulling out the unit in my dash for sub install, and usb came loose i think inside the caseing. No ipod detected or shows up that its charging. i can wiggle the cable and hear a connector so i hope i didnt pull on soldered wires. i hope i just had a connector come loose. now b4 i go to harbor freight and buy the tool to unscrew the top and look does anyone have a pic of the inside board specificly where usb goes? downloading service manuals to s
  4. Since this really is just a computer it would be soo awsome if we had a developer community so we can get awsome things like bluetooth internet from the cell phones pull rss feed data to our cars, and or use usb bluetooth dongles. this unit rocks! nice work leet dude
