Could there be any explanation to why it worked perfectly then all of a sudden went out? THe speakers couldn't have been blown b/c i didn't turn it to loud.

not that i am aware of, and is the beep mande when the volume goes up supposed to come for the speakers or the unit?

we hooked it to a test speaker, and it still didn't work

I have a 99 4runner with boston acoustic speaker

I bought a refurbished d1 last month installed it an it was fine. 2 days later it went out. I had no sound at all. Everything else was perfect. I sent it back to Pioneer and they said nothing was wrong. I had the unit professionally installed and he has done numerous tests on it. Please help! Pioneer sent the unit back and it still doesn't work.
