I am new to this site and have a Pioneer Z2 installed in my 06 Grand Prix GXP. I love the radio but last week I started having the touch screen freeze problem and it will only freeze when the radio is first turned on for a couple minuets. The longer the car sits turned off the longer the touch screen will freeze on startup. I did the firmware update from the Pioneer site and that seems to have not fixed the problem. I called Pioneer and the guy said that I should send it in for service becasue it is under warranty. I really dont want to send it in if at all possible because the wiring
