ok so the morning after installing the unit after it was repaired or updated at pioneer i snapped in screen and turned on the car and it was frozen and its been doing it all week i'm going to call pioneer tomorrow. Demetrius

ok just installed my unit after gettting it back from pioneer. so far no freezing. Demetrius

well i talked to pioneer about the freezing with my unit and they think its a processor issue. i sent mine in and hopefully they'll get it fixed this week. i'll let you guys know how it turns out. Demetrius

i just found this topic and i'm having the exact same issue with my avic u310bt. i called pioneer and they want me to send in the unit, they told me on the phone it sounds like a processor issue. Demetrius
