Bump for help!

Navigation volume is all the way up under Menu --> Settings ---> Volume

I recently used my navigation and noticed how faint the voice guidance is. I have went through the 4 different resets and still very low. After doing the full reset it seemed to get a lil louder but still hard to hear w/ the motor running. I recently installed a 4 channel amp w/ component speakers in the front n three way 6x9's in the rear. It was loud @ first and now its really low. Any suggestions?
