I've always loved the feature on my D2 that saves favorite songs on XM and then alerts me when they are playing on another channel... until today that is. A song I was trying to save ended while I was pushing and holding the "memo" button. The message "________ saved" came up meaning there was no song but it apparently saved the damn space between songs. Now, every freakin' time any song on any channel starts, an alert comes up. I can't even listen to XM it's so annoying. Is it possible to access all the saved favorite songs and delete what i saved? If not, what can I do?

So the photos people post are just quick shots of the screen before everything else shows up? How can I get rid of the clock and the RPT?

How can I get the screen to just show the custom background and nothing else? There's always a few things displayed even if all sources are off.

Well, I finally got it to work. I added two images but only one works. I used Alcohol to burn the ISO on a dual layer DVD.

Ok, so I got an 8.5GB dual layer DVD and burned everything. My AVIC-D2 doesn't read it. What's going on? Can someone please help? Thanks.

Just when iI think I've figured it out, I try to burn onto a DVD and find out there isn't enough space. I need 5.9GB and I only have 4.7GB. Gonna have to go buy some new DVD-R's with more capacity.

I've tried twice (unsuccessfully) to make custom backgrounds following the steps in: http://avic411.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=38 Steps 1-5 work fine, but I'm confused by step 6: "Once the iso making is done, open the image with a ISO Editor, such as UltraISO." UltraIso can't open it. I can add the .PIM files I made, but when I burn the DVD it doesn't play in my AVIC-D2. What am I doing wrong?

Hmmm, I'm pretty sure that's not the problem because I've been sitting in my parking lot with the parking brake on trying to figure everything out. I also can't change the background of the Navigation or AV. Is there a chance that something wasn't installed correctly?

I'm having trouble with a few features on the AVIC-D2 I had installed recently. For some reason, some options aren't highlighted so I can't select them. For example, I can't adjust the look of the vehicle dynamics display. Is there something I'm not doing right? Why aren't all the features available? Thanks.
