It says this is the map UPDATES DISC, well where can I get the original disc to use so it has something to update from in the first place? I don't have any discs with my deck

I burned about 9 discs and THEY ALL GIVE A FREAKING READ ERROR IN MY AVIC D3! This is ridiculous. Finally I burned it successfully after wasting 8 discs in IMGBURN (don't use it!) and got the newest alcohol 120% and it burned perfect, then STILL GET A READ ERROR? What the hell is a read error? why doesn't it say WHAT the read error is. Where can I find a real working ISO to down

I was installing my D3 today, and hooked it up and turned it on. It was working perfectly fine. I didn't have the unit mounted, it was sitting on my lap. Then I moved the unit on its side and one of the speakers cut out, so I put it back flat and it came back on. Then I moved it on its side again (being stupid to see what would happen), and the unit instantly shut off! Now it won't turn back on, with no visual or audio display AT ALL! The car's radio fuse is GOOD, the 10amp fuse on the back of the unit is GOOD. Did I ruin my unit, is there a safety feature I activated, or do I nee
