My experience with pioneer customer service was worse, because they had no idea of this situation and they didn't even know that pioneer would release an update.

I do have the 3. something too.

I did Reset my Iphone as a new one , but I still can't play any music or videos on my F90BT. maybe pioneer needs to come up with an update for the software.
