So... Just got my 90BT New and i use to install for best buy so i kno what im doing. the ipod settings are whiped every time i shut car off. The EQ, Sub level, I have to go into settings and turn AV1 to ipod every time. once i reset the Eq and all that, the next time i start the car i have to DC the USB and RC for the ipod to go into "onboard mode" or link to the unit. Also getting a small hint of Alt whine. pioneers are known for Bad preouts and just going bad over time but this is not a day old yet and its doing it. I didnt try a GLI yet (Ground Loop Iso) but i dont think its going to help d

When playing a cd, push the function knob in(so it prings up AUDIO, Fuction, Somethingelse) click fuction and then click opt 3, That should be it. I kno it is for my ipod and im using it.

So. I Installed 2 amps 4ch and mono in my Jetta a in 2007 with a D2. worked perfect. I removed the stuff when i sold the car in november. I bought a 2005 Vw GLI and just installed the D2 when i got it. I put the car in storage over winter. I got new door speakers and put all the stuff in 2 days ago. i did a ruf install with a friend and just hooked it up and it worked awsome. the next day i cleaned up the wiring and mounted the amps and cleaned up the D2 harness and i get both alternator wine and Unit noise. like when it starts up and loads a disk its very loun through the amp. i cheaked the g
