  1. Just a thought could be a canbus problem. I have a SEAT Leon, and it does not have an ignition wire, but switches on through the canbus system. My unit can take up to 45 sec to start sometimes. Most Leon owners run a separate ignition wire to operate their after market units.

  2. Hi,

    I have a 128gb usb stick formatted to fat32, when I connect to usb 1 or 2, it comes up with usb incompatible. I have other usb sticks, both 8gb, one work fine but the other comes up with the same error, is there a specific reason or what am I doing wrong?

    thanks

  3. I believe someone on here has already answer the second question, it to due with the firmware or software of your ipod that determines if this fault occurs. here it is;

    ***Solved****

    Turns out it was the iPod, Here's the model info if anyone is interested:

    5th Generation 80 gig software version 1.3 will start at the beginning after each ignition cycle although if connected to an AVIC-Z130bt works fine

    iPod classic 80 gig software version 1.1.2 works perfectly.

    Hope this helps.

  4. Hi,

    From what I understand you need to register with Naviextra, then register your unit by downloading the Naviextra toolbox, then  once the system knows what device you have it will give options of what you want to download, like updated maps, POI, etc. That what I had to do when I had a Clarion NX502. I don't know how you update the Pioneer units, with the Clarion, I used to take out the SD card and connect to my laptop with the Naviextra toolbar running, it would recognize it and offer the products available for my unit.
