I searched around here, and never found anything too specific on what has happened / not happening, so I figured someone might have run into this. I took out 700bt out of our 2006 Explorer and installed it in the newer 08 Explorer, and ran into these issues,
A)Illumination, Doesn't work. Not talking about day/night GPS colors, I am talking about diming when the lights are on. It has DRL so I am not sure how, and or if this will even work. It also has the automatic light sensor, so that it turns the lights on when it's dark out.
Subwoofer, this might be on my end, the 06 didn't have one
